Capacity built locally outlasts any single project.

Since 2003, TaLedi Enterprise has worked alongside Indigenous entrepreneurs, associations, and social-service agencies (as mentors, planners, board members, and committee chairs) so that the organizations serving their communities can carry the work forward themselves.

    Mentoring Indigenous entrepreneurs, businesses, and agencies through Catalyste+ (formerly known as CESO). 2009 – ongoing

    Drafting operational business plans for Indigenous associations, non-profits, and social-service agencies.

    Providing board leadership in the arts, social services, mental health, and career-development communities.

We start by listening: understanding the organization, its people, and the capacity it already holds.

Together we shape a practical plan the team can own, with clear priorities and realistic milestones.

We help stand up the boards, committees, and routines that keep good decisions moving.

The work is done when the organization carries it forward on its own, without us in the room.
